PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP IKLIM SEKOLAH DI SLTA PENYELENGGARA PENDIDIKAN INKLUSI DI SURABAYA

This study aims to: (1) Describe the level of transformational leadership style of principals in high schools organizing inclusive education in Surabaya, (2) Describe the level of school climate in high schools organizing inclusive education in Surabaya, (3) Test whether there is an influence of transformational leadership style of principals on school climate in high schools organizing inclusive education in Surabaya. This study used a quantitative approach with descriptive inferential research methods. The population was taken from all teachers in high schools organizing inclusive education in Surabaya as many as 173 respondents. Then a simple random sampling technique was carried out with a sample size of 64 respondents. After testing the instrument, the researcher used the validity and reliability tests to test the feasibility of the research instrument. Furthermore, the data analysis techniques used are classical assumption tests, descriptive statistical tests, and simple linear regression tests. Based on the results of data presentation and data analysis that has been done using SPSS 27, it can be concluded that: (1) The level of transformational leadership style of principals in high schools organizing inclusive education in Surabaya is in the moderate category, (2) The level of school climate in high schools organizing inclusive education in Surabaya is in the moderate category, (3) There is a simultaneous and positive influence of the principal's transformational leadership style on the school climate in high schools organizing inclusive education in Surabaya, which is 68.8%.

MANAJEMEN PEMBELAJARAN DI SDN JAMBANGAN I/413 DAN MIS AL-HIDAYAH KEBRAON SURABAYA SESUAI DENGAN SARANA PRASARANA YANG DIMILIKI SEKOLAH

Learning management is the activity of managing the teaching and learning process. This study aims to determine the implementation of learning management in accordance with the facilities and infrastructure owned by the school. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The results of the study show that learning management is in accordance with the facilities and infrastructure owned by the school. learning takes place, while MIS Al-Hidayah Kebraon implements curriculum-13 and the preparation of lesson plans (RPP) is carried out by the Teacher Working Group (KKG) Organizing learning according to the facilities and infrastructure of SDN Jambangan I/413 Surabaya is very optimal with Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and internet network in each class, while MIS Al-Kebraon is also quite optimal where each class has a room even though it is carried out alternately 3) Implementation of learning according to the facilities and infrastructure of SDN Jambangan I/413 and MIS Kebraon Surabaya runs effectively even though limited infrastructure, the learning process is carried out with morning and afternoon sessions 4) Supervision of learning according to the facilities and infrastructure of SDN Jambangan I/413 and MIS Al-Hidayah Kebraon Surabaya using formative and summative evaluation 5) Problems of learning management according to facilities and infrastructure along with the solution for SDN Jambangan I/413 Surabaya, namely limited infrastructure related to classrooms, the solution is to carry out the learning process with 2 (two) sessions namely morning and afternoon, while MIS Al-Hidayah Kebraon Surabaya is also related to limited infrastructure and learning media, so the solution is to procure infrastructure facilities while for the infrastructure budget submit it to the foundation or BOS funds (School Operational Assistance).

PERAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MEMBANGUN SEKOLAH RAMAH ANAK

This study aims to determine the answer to the research focus of the principal's role in managing teachers, students, a friendly environment, and partnerships to build child- friendly schools at SD KITA Bojonegoro. This type of research is descriptive using aqualitative approach. The subjects of this study were the principal, foundation founder, teachers, students, and student guardians. Research data were obtained through interviews, documentation and observation. This data research analysis uses Miles and Huberman and data interpretation and uses triangulation techniques in testing the validity of research data. The results of the study stated (1) The role of the principal in managing teachers manages teachers to provide training that has an impact on improving learning and managing students by providing rights and child-friendly education (2) The role of the principal in managing a child-friendly environment is well built through a child-centered environment, safe, healthy, comfortable, and provides child stimulus. (3) The principal's role in managing partnerships by building a network of various partners to support child- friendly school programs so that there is trust, security, safety, and comfort for children.

 PENGEMBANGAN WEBSITE PERPUSTAKAAN DIGITAL DI SDNKENDANGSARI I/276 SURABAYA

This study aims to determine the results and validity of the development of a digital library website at SDN Kendangsari I/276 Surabaya. This Research and Development is considered important because developments are needed in the operation of library services in an educational institution considering that currently technological advances cannot be avoided. For this reason, the development of digital libraries in schools must be carried out in order to improve the quality of services provided at an educational institution. This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) method using the waterfall development model in its stages. In this case, to measure the validity of the website, research subjects are needed consisting of: design experts, material experts, and a sample of 30 people determined by cluster sampling from SDN Kendangsari I/276 Surabaya. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distribution to validate the use of the website which then the results of the data are analyzed descriptively statistics. The results showed that the percentage achievement of design experts was 72% with high validity criteria and material experts was 98% with very high validity criteria, so it was feasible to be tested. The results of the small group trial were 83.57% and the large group trial was 96.73% which can be concluded that most users were satisfied in using the digital library website.
